Transformation

"Once you put the offering on the altar , its no longer your offering. That is God's, for Him to do what He wants to do with it." Pastor Clyde

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV)

When you bring your tithes into the House of God, you cannot tell the church what to do with it; your money is now at God's disposal. It is the same as when we give ourselves over to God, we cannot say,'God, this is what You are going to do with me!'. God already knows the purpose for our creation. He already knows the plans He has for us. When we present ourselves to God as living sacrifices, it is with complete surrender and total commitment to whatever He has planned.

The second step in The Transformation Process is transformation. Once we are absolutely committed to fulfilling the will of God, obedience is no longer dependent on our convenience. Obedience becomes our way of life. When we are obedient to the willl of God than transformation takes place constantly. Why? Because we are constantly being changed from Glory to Glory by the Spirit of God as long as we allow Him to have His way in us. The end result, the destiny of our life is to be exactly like Jesus.
