You and Your Mouth Part V

Well, we have come to a place in life where we have never been before.  If you are one or a hundred and one you  have never lived in January 2008 before.  You might have done or said something similar, but not on this day. It is the first time you are living on this day and whatever you say today could bless or curse your tomorrow.  Remember, what I have said in my previous messages, what you hear is what you say and what you say is what you get.

Listen to what David is saying in Psalms 19:14 "Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord my strength and my redeemer."

We must understand one very important thing in the Kingdom of God. If the words of our mouth is going to be acceptable to God, we must speak words of faith.  Hebrews 11:1 says, "But without faith, it is impossible to please God."

For 2008, why not make a decision to only speak faith-filled word.  Now, since what you hear is what you say, the right thing to do will be to position yourself to hear only what you want to say.  Again, remember that faith does not come by praying.  Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God."

This is the season of blessings, so this year use your mouth to bless others and yourself.  Mathew 12:37 says, "For by thy words thou shall be justified and by thy words, thou shall be condemned."  Use your mouth wisely and have a blessed and prosperous 2008.
